We are looking for a Fundraising Associate to assist our Director of Philanthropy and Community Relations with our donor program, fundraising and outreach activities. In this role, you will plan and execute fundraising and outreach activities while forging partnerships with volunteers and donors; actively assist in the identification, cultivation and solicitation of donors and volunteer tasks including staffing, scheduling and preparing supplies and materials for events and activities; provide administrative support for development and volunteer activities; enter and maintain donor perfect data base; manage and facilitate gift solicitations by identifying and engaging new donors and leadership; conduct and facilitate donor gratitude program including acknowledgement letters and phone calls.

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in development, communications or business-related and a minimum of 1-3 years related experience in development/marketing. Microsoft Office experience and strong keyboard and data entry a must. Experience with donor data base software (preferably Donor Prefect) and strong communication skills required.
